How to find your profile and post links

When you order on Zolpix, we don't need access to your account; we only need the right link. We never ask for your social media password. This guide shows, step by step, how to find profile and content links on the most common platforms. Menu names in the apps may differ slightly by version and language.

Profile link or content link?

• Follower, subscriber and member services need a profile, channel, Page or group link.
• Like, comment, view, save and share services need a link to a single post or video.

If you enter the wrong type of link, the order won't start, so check which link the service needs first.

Instagram

• Profile: Go to your profile, tap Share profile and choose Copy link. The link usually looks like instagram.com/username.
• Post or Reel: Choose Copy link from the post's menu or the share icon. The link looks like instagram.com/p/… or instagram.com/reel/….

TikTok

• Profile: On your profile, tap the share icon or the menu and choose Copy link. The full format is tiktok.com/@username.
• Video: Tap Share on the video and choose Copy link.
• If the app gives you a short link such as vm.tiktok.com, open it in a browser and copy the full address from the address bar.

YouTube

• Channel: Open your channel page and copy the link using the share option in the channel description, or from the browser's address bar. The format is usually youtube.com/@channelname.
• Video or Short: Use Share below the video and choose Copy. youtu.be/…, youtube.com/watch?v=… and youtube.com/shorts/… formats are accepted.

X (Twitter)

• Profile: Your profile address looks like x.com/username.
• Post: Tap the share icon on the post and choose Copy link. The link looks like x.com/username/status/….

Facebook

• Page: Open your Page and use the address in the address bar, or the Copy link option in the Page menu.
• Post or video: Click the post's timestamp and copy the address of the page that opens. Use the full address instead of fb.watch short links.

Telegram

• Channel or group: Public channels have links like t.me/channelname, shown on the channel info screen. Invite links that start with t.me/+… belong to private channels and aren't accepted.
• Post: Long-press or right-click the post and choose Copy link. The link looks like t.me/channelname/123.

Why the link matters

Orders are prepared based on the link you enter and are passed to the provider with that link. Changing the link after payment isn't always possible, so before confirming the order, open the link once more and make sure it shows the right account or content. If you're ordering for several posts from the same account, add each post as a separate cart item.

A final check before ordering

1. Are your account and content public?
2. Does the link go to the right account or content? Open it in a browser to check.
3. Remember not to change your username or delete the content until the order is complete.
4. Don't type a password, email address or phone number into the link field.
