Payments and balance
How does account balance work?
- Your balance is held in Turkish lira (TRY). Switching the display currency to USD or EUR only changes how it's shown; no balance transaction is created.
- A top-up is added to your account once, after the payment is verified. Bank transfer top-ups need our team's verification.
- When you pay with balance, the total is deducted from it. If your balance isn't enough, you can top up or choose another payment method; combining balance and card in one order isn't possible at the moment.
- Balance can't be transferred to another account or withdrawn as cash.
- Every top-up, purchase, refund and adjustment is listed as a separate line under Account → Balance.
